For families belonging to the Church of Jesus Christ of Latter-day Saints interested in serving a mission together.
Not officially supported by the Church, but supporting the Church.

“The Lord is hastening His work to gather Israel.
That gathering is the most important thing taking place on earth today.
Nothing else compares in magnitude, nothing else compares in importance,
nothing else compares in majesty.
And if you choose to, if you want to,
you…can be part of something big, something grand, something majestic!”

You say you want to be a missionary now? You don’t want to wait until you’ve grown a foot or two or the kids have left home?

Even though the Missionary Department of the Church of Jesus Christ of Latter-day Saints isn’t able to support families in the mission field at this time, it doesn’t mean you can’t serve a family mission on your own. Certainly all members of the church can be missionaries and play a vital role in building and strengthening the Church right in the ward they already live in, but like our young adult and senior friends, you may have a desire and capability for other opportunities as well.

This is where we were a few years ago, so we created our own family mission. It was a great experience. Now we want to do it again and build upon what we learned the first time.

In order to establish consistent support for the Church units we serve in, give other families the opportunity to serve, and establish a family mission home, we are looking for families who want to follow us – perhaps on a rotating basis – in future years.
